1. To confirm the minutes of the Ordinary General Body Meeting held on 22nd June 2012.
2. To confirm the Audited Accounts prepared by M/s Habib & co., Chartered Accountants for year ended 31-03-2012, 31-03-2013 & 31-03-2014 approved by the Consulting Committee of the Jamaat in its meetings.
3. To declare the Work Report of Jamaat for the last 3 years.
4. To read out the Scrutinizers Report dated: 26th April 2015 on the concluded election for the post of Hon’ble President & Vice President for three years i.e. 2015-16, 2016-17 & 2017-18 for the information of the Jamaat Members.
5. To Declare the Members of the Consulting Committee of the Jamaat for the Period 2015-16, 2016-17, 2017-18.
6. To appoint Two Honorary Internal Auditors for the Jamaat for the period 2015-16, 2016-17 & 2017-18.
7. Any other matter with the permission of the Chair.
