The American officials have reported on the efforts of the terrorist outfit dubbed as ‘Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant’ (ISIL) for recruitment of youths in the US.
According to IRIB World Service, citing AFP, upon the confession of an American youth on his intention to join ISIL, the US Judicial officials of the State of Minnesota, north of the US, announced on Wednesday that ISIL terrorist group has stepped up its efforts to recruit youngsters in this state.
This comes while the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) had announced on May that many of youths aged 19 to 21 have been detained in this state under the charge of membership in ISIL.
According to a judicial official of the State of Minnesota, up to now twenty American youths, residing in this state, have traveled overseas to.join ISIL.
